You must be accessing and using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. playme8 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Personal Capacity

• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by playme8 or any third-party responsible gambling body.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or director of playme8.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different details — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, playme8 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your Account with any other person or allow third parties to access or use your Account.
• You must notify playme8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, playme8 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use. These conditions apply at all times while you access or interact with any part of the Platform.

6.2 Deposit Terms

6.4 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are processed at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. playme8 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal. Network fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the Player unless otherwise stated.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winings is permitted. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once only unless otherwise stated.

• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through coordinated multi-account activity — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

7.3 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

Players who deposit using BTC, ETH, or USDT may receive an automatic2% deposit bonus, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per calendar month. The following acts and omissions are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account or using the Account of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with games or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulating the outcome of any sporting event covered by the Platform's sportsbook.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting any software bug or error to gain an advantage not available to other players.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing playme8 staff or other Platform users.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, page layouts, and the playme8 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of playme8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from playme8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playme8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible loss.

playme8's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

playme8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the request of the Account holder (voluntary closure).
• Extended period of inactivity as defined in the Platform's dormancy policy.

Upon voluntary account closure where no outstanding bonus wagering requirements exist, any verified balance remaining in your Account will be returned via your most recently verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and KYC compliance.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by direct communication to registered Players.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes have been published and, where applicable, notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure.
